love Daboll. throughout the year during his interviews, you can see he is always saying it’s the players’ league, and it’s all about the players. he never single out one player good OR bad and you can tell he tries hard to make sure his players (and himself) stay even keel throughout the season. he may look/sound boring repeating the same things in the media but you can definitely see the fire in him during those moments of his fist pumps and screams during/after games.

I do the same with my son. We prepare all week for his games then I just leave it to our preparations throughout the week. No need to do to much extra talking and they start thinking to much and not playing fast. Trust the process, prepare the right way. The rest typically takes care of itself regardless of the end result
