I appreciate Jeff’s effort as HC but I think the colts need to move in a different direction. Jeff’s passion is awesome but the colts need a true Head coach who’s proven he can consistently win.
Bring in a solid staff and Jeff has the passion. If irsay lets the ship work we can have a chance but we need to get away from the old pro style offense

He had no offensive staff. Had to run Franks old offense with a do nothing washed QB. Iβm not saying he is perfect for the job because I think there is younger better talent out there. But if he can get an actual staff and QB he might have a fair shot.
The back up QB coach had to call the plays. Not sure it gets any lower than that
