The Carolina Panthers can interview as many coaching candidates for for the head coaching position under the Rooney Rule as they so choose. Steve Wilks can pursue other coaching opportunities as he so chooses under the Rooney Rule. Two head coaches have already been fired today so there are other head coaching positions already open.

Gotta be the Head coach no doubt. Not only does he provide a positive example for the organization. But for everyone involved with this team. No doubt he has brought a different swagger to this organizaton we haven’t seen since 2015. Hope to continue that next year and really get this team back into the mix.

We went from 1-4 to 7-10 under wilks and he installed the “DNA” of the panthers the A was Finnish which we did in games and against the Saints. The players believe in him and Panthers Nation dose too.

Damn right coach. I literally been saying this. We almost won the division despite Wilkes filling the role so late in the season. We wouldn’t be talking so much about a different coach if we won one more game against the best QB in NFL history with our star corner out. And definitely would have won if he started the season.

Wilks went 6-6 imagine if he had ran the whole season probably would of had a much better record and a playoff run. Panthers need a coach with a set of balls. Someone who is serious about there work and wants to win. And that’s all wilks. Tepper give this man another season but a full one. Keep pounding !!
