Very clear he coaches to outsmart guys but he has to be the worst motivator I’ve ever seen this in this league. Man’s got the heart of a corpse
@Shoeless113 Well, in fairness, Matt LaFleur IS afraid of Aaron Rodgers, and has been since 2020. So being that Matt is so afraid of Aaron, he’s afraid to do anything that would upset Aarons play-calling rhythm, and maybe with Aaron Rodgers retiring, Laufluer gets one more chance before he’s terminated next year. At least that’s how I see it.

@Jonathan Rangel Are you in like…loser denial or something? Because everyone knows Matt LaFleur was afraid of Aaron Rogers and Rodgers has overrode Matt LaFleur with his play calling all season with passes on the field. It’s one of the main reasons why there’s been so much mismatched communication.

Well, it’s time: We should consider keeping Rich Bisaccia who turned our ST unit around and letting Barry and Stenavich go. Both their playcalling is either horribly predictable or situationally unaware. Also, take away Aaron’s privilege to call RPOs and start privileging the run game.

Poor poor coaching, bad game plan and a QB who couldn’t hit the broad side of a barn. It’s a shame the front office gave away a third of the salary cap to a guy who could care less.

The coaching has a lot to do with how the season turned out. The inability to fix the lack of red zone scoring. Their playbook looked smaller same old plays every week.
Their D got beat right up the middle time and time again and they changed nothing to try and stop it. Nijman and Tom got beat all night…why not keep Lewis on that side to help and give Rodgers a chance? The Lions took chanced and capitalized on them, the Packers played scared…again.
