Mike one of the BIGGEST problems is penalties we lead the NFL in that category and that is one of the main reasons we are losing games and that’s on you

It’s not just on mike it’s on the players too
Early in the year they were winning. Coaches with quirky player friendly attitudes do well in that situation until things go bad on the field. That’s when players start questioning his ability to adjust…. questioning if he’s capable of holding coaches and players accountable for mistakes….and questioning his ability to be a leader of men. Nobody questions much when you’re winning. When they notice a coach doesn’t find winning solutions to situations that inevitably develop during a difficult stretch of the season…they start to believe that things simply won’t change. When penalties are not an unusual event…. when they occur regularly every week and continuously allow the opponent to sustain drives… confidence is gone and a feeling of defeat becomes reality. This team needs to realize that every play is important…not just 3rd and short or fourth and one. Communication is an issue. They should be discussing blocks on the sidelines…. letting each other know the problems they’re having to help one another. They need to discuss receiving routes that will and won’t work. I can tell you this…..what began as a dynamic offense capable of anything has turned into a boring and incapable unit.
@John Cummings fans don’t pay their salaries. They get paid regardless of fans showing up. I understand the frustration though
@DolFanSFV Fans pay 100%…. television contracts are huge….just watching on TV puts fortunes in the pocket of the league. If fans didn’t watch TV…go to games…buy merchandise….and read blogs like this one there would be money available for payroll.

We have a decent amount of day 2 and 3 picks, and they can still win a playoff game if Tua is playing. The chances are low but there is still a chance

I hope McDaniel turns it around but he’s gotta add someone with HC exp to be by his side & find a more reliable QB to compete with Tua or take over. Therefore I’m not giving him no contract ext until he proves he can stay healthy.
Grier will hopefully move on from some of those overpaid players, take that cap hit but do whatever it takes to keep those “cheaper” unrestricted FA like Sieler, RT Shell, Id bring back Ingram too but move on from Ogba if we can since we brought in Chubb 😕…

Move Williams to LG or leave him but add someone to replace Eichenberg
All of our RBs are FA after the season. We gotta bring back Mostert on another “team friendly” deal & I guess Wilson since u gave up a pick to get him, but only team friendly contracts & move on from guys like Gaskin, Ahmed, Gesicki, C. Wilson, B. Jones, with all due respect hopefully X but I doubt it.
Wish we never traded for Chubb cuz not only we had plenty of talent on that d-line but we had bigger needs at CB/LB. To make things worse we could of had LB R.Smith but instead added Chubb despite having Phillips, Ingram, Flowers, paid Ogba, need to pay Wilkins/Sieler
Agree get a back up that can win a game when tua is out. Get tua the helmet Patrick from home has and two I won’t get concussions all the time why don’t you want to help your quarterback with a better helmet
