I agree with the get to work mentality but why not offer a moment to pause and have a team check-in. I.e. acknowledge the incident, be thankful for each player and the risk associated with the sport, offer resources to talk through if needed…
What on earth are you talking about? He says multiple times that they have professional resources for them and that he is personally there for them to if they need to talk. He said they have taken time to talk about it together. In the other player videos they are talking about talking to each other about it. They have literally done everything you asked for. Yet somehow you are complaining that they haven’t. Actually WATCH and LISTEN. Thanks.
