I really like this man as coach, hope the team can get a win this weekend for everyone involved
As a lifelong Broncos fan (circa 1964), I just feel the Broncos have stumbled upon a real gem in Coach Rosburg. When he speaks, I feel his leadership, passion for teaching the game, and years of coaching experience jump off the screen. He appears to be genuinely thoughtful in his press conferences. I can imagine that translating to the players, as it did on the field Sunday. I truly wish him the best, and I hope the ownership group and the next head coach take notice too.

@Marie2 yup I would love that hire and he supposedly is best friends with Coach Rosberg so it would be great if he kept him as special teams coach or anywhere 💙🧡

@Marie2 he knows what kind of player he is because he coached against him when he was with San Francisco. He is offensive minded and is known to turn teams around…just what we need.

I’m not saying make him the permanent head coach, but I do hope coach Rosburg is given the opportunity to be on the staff next year if he chooses to not retire again. I’ve been really impressed with him this week, I hope we can pull through Sunday so he can say he’s won a game as a nfl head coach.

THIS MAN GETS IT! I love the even keeled/confident/SELFLESS view he has on this game and this team. That last comment speaks volumes about who this man is.
I’m fully aware he will probably not be here next year. I hope he could be, whether HC or Special Teams coordinator.
I hope our team wins next Sunday. I hope our team ends the season with a win for them! I pray we give this man his first win as a football Head Coach, and if it’s his last then let us treat him like a champion as he rides into the sunset.

If the Broncos owners and staff can see these comments, I hope they see how much we appreciate and respect interim coach Rosburg and that we’d like for him to stick around on staff next season. His composure, his presence and his demeanor shows a lot of experience and respect. Please keep Jerry Rosburg around

Can’t remember anyone who handles the press and attracts the loyalty of the fans like this. His elevated speech flows naturally from character. I imagine he makes everyone around him better. At least I can say I was far more disappointed in the officials than the play on the field this week.
Please keep this man on staff next year.
This is the only coach who isn’t doing the information dance while talking to the press…Hope he makes it next year he deserves it nothing but respect for this guy
As a die hard Chiefs fan since 1982, I appreciate this coach and his fundamentals. The Broncos should hire this coach and looking forward to the competition.
This coach speaks from the heart. His coaching changes have shown improvement in one week! I hope he stays with the broncos for a long time.
