The Saints secondary is their strong point and this staff thought the route to go with a backup QB was throw it a bunch. Wr had a ton of success running the ball and for some reason took the 2nd half to figure that out.

We can do 2 things at the same time lol. So glad Sweat has been discharged and is determined to play again this season (only of 1000% healthy please). At the same time, if Minshew has to QB against the Giants, per the last 2 games, the Eagles will lose the #1 spot, the NFC East champs, and a bye (which we desperately need).

He flinched 3 times in a row last week, and played so scared and soft yesterday. I stopped watching halfway through the 2nd quarter because he just didn’t show up ready to win smdh. He had the weapons but was too scared to stay in the pocket and throw the ball them. And, he thinks he’s Jalen trying to scramble out of the pocket smh. I thought he’d pull us through yesterday, but he let us down. He did nothing bit FLINCH!!!

He was scared against the Cowgurls…he literally threw the ball away 3 times in a row 👀…and he was scared yesterday against the Saints. You can’t be a NFL QB if you can’t stand in the pocket, take a hit and deliver to your receivers!
This game also proved that Gannon finally learned how to adjust to man coverage while the offense decided to continue to play like they hard hurts. The lack of running is annoying. He’s a back up that needs help.
PS: I’m still not sold on Sanders as the long term running back. It’s the one position on the offense outside of line we can look to upgrade at. Oline is depth at this rate. Anytime Johnson goes out, it gets tragic.
