Mac didn’t look great today (a few missed throws) but he still doesn’t have any offensive coaching a o line or a true number 1
It was one of his better games. Most promising thing since he came back from injury has been the lack of turn overs, 9-2 TD to INT ration (9-3 if you count the bears game) Over 9 games (10 if you count the bears game). Really only one dud game which was against the raiders. If they get an actual OC next year there should be no excuses but i expect Mac Jones to preform in that scenario.

@erik puka as I said, he wasn’t perfect but still has plenty of time to improve and get better. It’s only his second year so hopefully next year things are much better and we have an actual OC to call plays

Great win. Love this kids competitive fire. #DirtyPlayers. Here’s reality, 99.99% of those calling for Zappe are those post 2001-2004 fan-boys. They cheer for Tampa Bay like tommy took his pats jersey with him, they’re blind to the fact that although Tampa Bay won their division, their division is the worst, hands-down, in the entire NFL, yet barely made the playoffs by the skin of their teeth. (They’ll get blown out by Dallas in the wildcard round even tho Dak Prescott is absolutely average at best), Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady threw just one fewer interceptions than Mac Jones, albeit with way, better receivers in an actual, legitimate offense. Should I go on?
Get excited Pats fans. This has the potential to be the greatest NE championship in NFL history. We have the defense to do it. Jonnu Smith, Marcus Jones, Jack Jones, all potentially coming back. It could happen!
Marcus Jones coming back would help our field position big time. Our defense is good enough to shut down anyone, including the Buffalo Bills, Kansas City Chiefs, even the Dallas Cowboys in the Super Bowl or Philadelphia eagles .
Christian Barmore is a friggin beast, Josh Uche may be the best linebacker we’ve had since Jamie Collins in his prime. Dietrich, wise, Matt Judon on the edge. Everybody needs to STFU about Bill Belichick not being good anymore. Or not being able to draft. Tyquan Thornton working out great. Marcus Jones, Jack Jones, Cole Strange, what team had a better draft? No one.

That last throw to Meyers is the best throw he’s made all season. He planted his feet right and drove off his back foot, something that he’s been struggling with because at times he tries to play too fast. That ball was an absolute dime.
Because of the Oline who can’t sustain a block longer than 2 seconds.
He made great throws in the Minnesota game and BAL game too despite the loss.
Also don’t forget the sweet ball right in the bucket for Thornton that he dropped last week.
Best throw? Dude the ones against the bengals in the second haft and against Vikings were better
@Venom it was a perfect throw. Jakobi had to make zero adjustments because it was placed that perfectly. That’s my opinion.
Did y’all forget that Mac threw 3 passes last year against the bills and and won I haven’t forgotten that. Y’all need to chill on the Mac hate . If y’all don’t like Mac then go to a different team because once we get a real offensive coordinator Mac will be throwing dimes in 2023 with the pats Mac is the future for the pats and he’s Qb1. Win or lose i will always be a Patriot fan forever. Ps we need Mac for next Sunday!
