why? hes way overrated. he did nothing in 2020. took him half the year of 2020 to realize to let Brady take the reigns on offense and that’s when they started to go undefeated.
The key piece that this Bucs team is missing. Clearly the Heart of the team and passion. People Credit Brady for the Bucs turnaround which having elite QB play definitely helps with winning stability but BA is the one who turned things around for the Bucs. He was there in 2019 to see FIRSTHAND what this team needed to make that big step. Seeing who was giving max effort for the win and who was just glory seeking for sacks and took plays off since they were just playing for a paycheck. Respect to this man and I never turned on him for that Antonio Brown fiasco like many so called, “Bucs fans” did. He handled it correctly and that transparent old school fiery leadership style is what is needed for Winning and this Bucs team surely miss it. Good Luck Bruce 👍
