Just make this guy the new Head Coach. He’s another first timer, but we have to get it right at some point. He’s clear and concise, no silly talking points, all business.
He don’t wanna be the next HC they offered it to him and he declined and I highly doubt he will say yes next season

Big name coaches have big ecos. We need an offensive mind coach who is great and under the radar. I don’t disagreed with any of the comments. We still have long ways to go to win games and be competitive.
