Walker and hunter have been injured and had Waller catching deep out last week. Hunter caught a TD and Carr threw to them multiple times and if you watch the 22 he missed them WAO multiple times. Carr is proven inconsistent since his mvp vote season. He steps into sacks and struggles with readjusting his feet. Embarrassing having Joey Bosa saying that in a press conference that Carr crumbles with pressure then demolishes him in the game. It’s time to move on. Respect Carr. Have us everything and has been a top 16 qb. Once a Raider, always a Raider. But time for a new chapter.

The real losser in this is Mark Davis. Mark if you’re reading this. Had you kept Rich Bisaccia for one more year. Things would have gone way better than this. After one more year of Bisaccia, then you could have hired Sean Payton. A true head coach who can galvanize and lead a team not destroy it. Davante Adams still would have become a Raider just off the strength of Derrick Carr being the quarterback of the team. And what do you do. You hire a proven losser as a head coach named Josh McDaniels, who is now officially a QB and team killer.
McDaniels is going to destroy this franchise just like he did the broncos. Lol
Even if you dislike Carr as the QB moving forward this is a terrible move logistically as a franchise. Why not draft a QB to sit for a year and then move on? Restructure DCs contract and move on after next year. If this dude needs 45 year old Tom Brady to win super bowls he’s not a good coach.
