I watched them from the Coliseum…. Bartkowski, Captain Crazy Kutkendahl, Billy Whiteshoes. The Falcons only focus in 1D not 3D during Drafts. Selecting “One Hit Wonders” a la Matt Ryan. Good, not Great, big paychecks undervalued. Arthur has and always will be a resume owner. Not a final review owner. Just picking happy faces….
Arthur should give this kid a full year at the helm. Take that 90 million next year build a defense while he’s cheap. He’s had some tough opponents to start his career which I think will make him better. Keep fighting young man.

People overlook that this man threw for over 200 yards against a top 10 defense in Baltimore that was fighting to clinch a playoff spot.
He threw for an average of 54 yards a quarter which is really nothing. 218 yards passing 0 tds in pretty bad. Not to mention the ravens are a “top 10 defense” because they are third against the run and points allowed. Baltimore is 24th in pass defense, so the correct sentence is. This man threw for 218 yards against the 24th ranked passing defense. So yeah, it’s not impressive.
@M C Lol. I’ve seen better stats than that for sure. But to say it’s “bad” is a reach, especially for a rook in his second game who barely has any talent around him.

Falcons Falcons Falcons…please don’t fall for the Lamar Jackson hype. We have a young man in Ridder. I agree should get a full nfl off season under his belt and wisely spend money to add to this young talent it appears we hit on.

Both the games Ridder started were winnable. Against Saints London fumbled, Refs had their agenda in Ravens game.
Ridder speaks with so much confidence, maturity, and understanding of the game. I truly believe once he puts it all together the Falcons will have a gem on their hands. Now we see what helped this guy to become one of the winningest QB’s in college football history!!!
This kid just needs time and I think AS will give him that.
This is a CRIME … Marcus Mariota “was” the Franchise QB – Ridder was “supposed to” Study & Learn a full YEAR – Not get thrown in there for no reason ?? Look good NFL QB’s were on bench learning, for 3+ Years – Kirk Cousins etc. – Best of Luck Ridder – but Arthur Smith has CHOKED away this Season. 😫

Every play, we should be trying to recruit JJ Watt and talk him out of retirement. Make him feel at home and congratulate him every play.
I wish him well but we did MARIOTA wrong and Grady tired of the b.s so I don’t see a bright future.
