    McCarthy has done a fine job. His biggest issue last season was his clock management which has not been an issue once this year.

    You do realize him and Payton coming into this season had almost identical win loss records and they both won 1 super bowl and both have the same playoff record so I fail to see the upgrade

    And like mentioned earlier you can’t just go get Payton you have to trade for him and it’s gonna cost at least a 1st round pick. That’s a little rich for not much of an upgrade if an upgrade at all.
