Ownership and Coaches mismanaged Josh Jacobs just like they mismanaged this season! I’d hate to see JJ leave but the Raiders have a culture of disfunction embedded in leadership and an uncanny ability to do the total opposite of what each game calls for. Offensive coaches constantly display a lack of imagination on getting their best players the football. 10 points is a disgrace for a roster like this.
The last two games should be interesting. This is not a player problem it’s a management and coaching problem.

If Jacobs ends up leaving, it would be understandable cause it’s for the best. It’s clear that he don’t wanna deal with any of this anymore and we know it’s the worst feeling for him. But if anything, he still a raider for life.
