This OC really doesn’t need too much talent because he can’t even find ways to get the ball to all the playmakers we have. Mike will have to evaluate himself and speak to other coaches on how to prepare and work more with QBs.

How hard can it be to know the Jags were gonna stack the line and attack Zach like Detroit knowing Zach cannot overcome pressure. Attack that land with our entire O across the line instead of spreading out. It’s been done. It’s too late. 😦
Jags were depleted too. Idk why MLF didn’t have a mobile pocket all game. Streveler looked better than Zach, but I don’t think anyone plays well enough to win behind that line yesterday.
Hire a rookie OC to work with a rookie QB and rookie HC Makes perfect sense. 😊

For me it was the 3rd and 1 play calls that drove me crazy. Instead of power run up the middle they throw it or run out of shotgun!!

Totally agree. Way too many shotgun plays on 3rd or 4th and short. Utterly Ridiculous!!! Even if we pass in those situations gotta have the qb under center.

Lafluer doesn’t understand running the offense is like playing chess you have to run plays that tricks the D all he had to do was take a page out of Doug Pederson’s playbook he cooked us by finding the little open spots in a tight zone also he shifted the offense to the right or left on running plays there’s no element of surprise with his play calling it’s like he has a table full of paper and whatever play pops up that’s what he calls Zach ran a QB keeper the first play of the game why not just bootleg him out that’s his strength OC needs to go we need a highly experienced Play caller that gets scheme and blocking

Every Qb who plays in the system runs it efficiently. Lafleur is not perfect but anyone saying he should be fired hasn’t watched games. That’s not a real take when you see how Wilson has digressed.
Honestly when we draft we should get a qb who’s offense lines breaks down consistently and he knows how to handle that pressure

I need to see him with at least a semi competent QB for a season before I make a true judgement on him.
