I was 8 months old. But as much as I watched replays of the entire game I feel likeI was there

Steel city

5 years old in the living room of our home my parents had just bought 2 months prior. Mostly remember watching Franco run into the endzone, then we were all jumping up and down! 🏈

In 1972, I was 10 years old. I grew up in the Philadelphia area so I got to see the game on NBC. In the beginning of the 4th quarter, we had to drive to my Aunt’s house for a Christmas gathering, so we listened to the game on the radio in the car. After Stabler scored the TD, my Dad turned the game off, but as we pulled up to my Aunt’s house, we saw everyone jumping up and down in the living room. After entering the house I learned what happened and saw the replay. Exciting day!

Okay a lot of you guys are lying, the Steelers game against the raiders was not on regular TV it was on tape delay, and then on Sunday morning we had to watch reruns of Notre Dame first, and then the Steelers game came on so we already knew the Steelers had one but there was no live TV for the Steelers and the raiders it was on the tape delay yoi n double yoi

Brian Fergus

Watched it on our Zenith console television! The quality goes in before the name goes on

Ralph Green Jr.

I was assigned to the 82n Airborne Division, Fort Bragg North Carolina. I lived off post in the Bernadine Apartments. My wife and I, die hard Steeler fans, were watching the game. When the play happened I jumped up with my hands upraised and drone my knuckles in to the stippled ceiling. I still have the scars on my knuckles to validate this story. 73 years old retired US Army.
