Before last week’s game we were 15th in total defense and I believe 6th in rush defense. 33% of our defense is rookies in many instances. I doubt Andy gives up on him that easily. The offense needs to stop turning over the ball and putting the defense in a bad position.

His defensive philosophy is out of date because QBs are more athletic and they get the ball out faster. His player preferences also need to be updated including not using DEs with speed as well as power. Granted having a rookie secondary I’m sure is challenging to deal with its a trial by fire for them with a few stepping up.
