we hire kickers, they are supposed to do their job, I get it was a long try but we still need those points week and week out. For the love of god, can we run Derrick on 3rd and short? He is the biggest back in the league and we are wasting those yards on passing plays. I hate to say it, but until we get Burks back, we are not an offense that can throw the ball without holding our breathe. Give Henry the ball and maybe it’s a different story today. #TitanUp
This team “settles” when it comes to kickers. Every kicker they cut or passed on, goes to another team and excels. At this point I have to wonder if the Titans kicking coaches are trying to change kickers style. UT (Knoxville) RUINED a monster kicker from Hendersonville, who frequently hit 60-65 yard kicks. He put kickoffs through the goal posts, and I saw him hit a 73 yd kick in practice. He was recruited by several SEC schools, but chose UT. The kicking coach started changing him and he lost all accuracy and a lot of distance. So, I wonder WHY kicker for the Titans seem to fail here, but excel on other teams. They get paid big money to kick a ball. If they don’t.. CUT them !

The roster is not our only problem, our offensive playcalling was some of the worst I’ve seen all season today. Who in their right mind has Derrick Fucking Henry carry an entire drive on his back and then sidelines him on 3rd and short the next drive?

Because we have a offense of coordinator that don’t study the opposing teams defense and understand their weaknesses so he just dudes whatever he wants to that’s why we lose ball games like that because he don’t take the time out and study the opposing team week to week

What you guys need is a better strategy, something can click if you do a sweep and try to sack the QB more. Overall, you’ve gone to war and done your best.
4 game losing streak while the Jaguars are creeping up the Division standings, wouldn’t surprise Me at all if Tennessee gets overtaken by Jacksonville on final game of the season.
chargers fan here, as a team that has dealt with injuries all year i hate seeing another team go through it especially vrabel. titans need to get some pieces this off-season and finally make a run with vrabel. great coach
As a Chargers fan since the 1963 season now living in east Tennessee I know the pain the Titans and their fans are feeling! Both teams have had so many injuries it is amazing that either one or both teams can make the playoffs. The Chargers have had some players recover (Allen, Williams, Parham, Lindsey,) but the injuries keep piling up for the Titans. One major plus for you is your excellent Head Coach and staff who truly cares for the players long term health just as ours do. This will turn around, good luck going forward and hang in there.

I know nobody on the staff gonna read this but Tanny can’t move on that ankle and the online can’t hold a block, Tanny has no synergy with these practice squad guys. If only we had a mobile QB who has been throwing to our practice squad guys all season…oh wait, we do! Put Malik in! If Ryan is hurt in the playoffs we’ll have even less of a chance to win anything if Malik has to start/come in against the best teams in the league come playoff time
Our franchise QB is taking a beating and our OC is about as deceptive a play caller as he was a sober driver
Taking Henry out on third and two was a straight up coaching mistake. Arrogant dismissal of answering the question is petty and not deserving of someone being paid millions to make those calls. Vrabel may have peaked…
Why are the Titans train to let the other teams catch there passes. 90 % of the time their receivers are standing in the clear to catch their passes. Why does Tod Downing keep calling for Henry to bust through a line he can’t get through which cost our team Down after Down. Why don’t we let Willie play a few plays instead of pulling him out before he can prove his self? Tannehill isn’t perfect ether, in fact all he can do is throw a good short pass and he can’t move like a quarterback needs to move to keep from being sacked. I really think Tannehill has what they call Tunnel Vision. Most of things I saw could have been corrected by a good Coaching I don’t blame the players because we have some good ones but it seems like our coaches aren’t seeing the things that need to be corrected. .
