I literally made a comment giving a breakdown where I stated that Ben Johnson will be the unsung hero for the Lions in this particular game.. and lo and behold.. what do we have??😁😉👌

@Jonathan well that’s how you know it was a game of chess and not checkers.. that’s also how you know that the Jets have really good defense because if we’ve been paying attention to Ben Johnson all season long you know he would have way more uphill play calling and for you to state that this was more of a “vanilla” type of game then you know he was thinking of ways to make it convenient while being efficient.. if anything this is more of a testament to the Jets defense and how Ben Johnson had to be careful as he treaded water.. the show though that he got the last laugh at the end.. kudos to Ben Johnson for sticking with it until he found an opening! 👍

@Kee Ozzie Yea no, you don’t go a full game being the top red zone offense in the league and go 0/3. You don’t run the ball 4 times on 1st and goal if your o line isn’t beating them at the line of scrimmage. Why is Jared Goff in shotgun for most of the game when his strength has always been running the playaction and our receivers clearly couldn’t get open? Your QB shouldn’t be getting through a full field of progressions on the majority of your plays without SOMEBODY to throw the ball to. Why is it that swift wasn’t getting more zone schemed runs when he was our most efficient running back? There was a whole lot about the calls this game that were very vanilla and it looked like we were playing to not lose rather than playing to win. Ben Johnson has been great but just like any other coach sometimes he’s not always making the best decisions. Luckily for us Jets handed the game to us, but that won’t happen against good teams in the playoffs.

@Jonathan you know what now that I think about it I did feel like maybe he was overthinking it at times trying to be a little too careful while being assertive.. almost playing not to lose.. it’s like he forgot who his own identity was as Ben Johnson LOL.. and then that play call with 4th and inches is like he was like “you know what?..F this” 😅 is either do or die right now and then he returned back to the schematic Ben Johnson we were used to saying all season long.. just happy that the lions were able to come out with the land and our past progressive play calling didn’t bite Us in the behind and hopefully we learn from this game

@Gerrit Kort yeah that was the only problem same for last week too…allowing big yardage….but yeah that rush defense going crazzyyyy

Need secondary help bad, but run defense and pass rush is playing really well. Helping hold it together, and the DBs at least got a turnover

Fr idk why the chances are so low for us like realistically if you look at the schedules of Seahawks, Commanders, and Giants, then you will see that there’s no way that any of the teams can get more than 2 wins out of 3 remaining games

@Ancient Ratatouille bruh exactly. Giants and commanders likely wont tie again tonight so 1 of them is taking an L. Each of those 3 teams has 2 games left against 10+ win playoff contenders. Meanwhile lions toughest game left is the 5-8 packers.

@Mark Ramsey exactly bro and our chances even if we somehow lose one of them is still pretty high just cuz the other teams have harder schedules. I would agree that packers is the hardest but maybe tied with panthers but panthers have been inconsistent so it’s hard to tell. I also just checked the ESPN predictor for Lions vs Panthers and it literally says that panthers have a higher chance like what drugs is ESPN on

@The Packers Suck yea but either way the predictor shouldn’t be saying that they have like double the chances. It said that panthers have a 65% chance while we have a 35% chance
