they get players in the late round every year too with Brad Holmes and his staff drafting. Malcolm Rodriguez and James Houston were both 6th round picks… not to mention getting Kerby Joseph with a 3rd. Joseph has picks, Houston has sacks, and Rodrigo is a downhill tackle machine.
Long time Vikings fan here. I’ve seen a lot of Detroit teams going back to Wayne Fontes and Barry. I don’t like this Lions team. They’re chippy. They’ve got an advanced and highly effective pass rush. They power run the ball really well. They’re physical and talented. Almost something like a legacy team from the black and blue division.
No, I’m afraid as a Vikings fan I can’t put my stamp of approval on these Lions…. far too dangerous😎

@Student Of The Options Game I don’t disagree. I was saying they did use TOs in the last 20 seconds in response to OC. There were at least two opportunities for Saleh to call a TO on that last drive and save a good 15-20 seconds.

Read the ruse Goff used to perfection in Joshua 8:6!! The Jets(the men of Ai) went recklessly,all-OUT after Israel(Amon Ra Saint Brown)and were DRAWN away from the city(tight end Brock Wright)and when they turned and looked behind them the city was ON FIRE(Brock Wright was running unabated to the End Zone)and the SMOKE of it ascended up to heaven!! As soon as Brock caught the pass,I immediately thought about this Scripture!! GO Lions!!

They need a better qb, or at least someone with the same skill set and better leadership skills cause zach Wilson is not a bad player but a Terrible teammate. It’s really underrated what a good leader could do for a team

@J Chung I have Jets season tickets, Their offense is not really average when you look further into it. Their star rookie Running Back is injured, Garrett Wilson is a star, Wilson’s inconsistency throwing picks taking sacks for big losses etc. has crippled us. Zach has big-play ability and can throw it 60 yards downfield accurately. This game, the pass interference non-call should have been first and goal for the Jets and that was the difference in this game. The last fluke run on 4th and 1 was also a freak play. No defense in the league normally gives up a play like that.
that ben johnson playcall on 4th and 1 and the return of okwara was huge. also shoutout to kalif for the big punt return early in the game to keep us ahead. so impressive that they turned a season where most had them being a top 2 or 3 pick at worst to a potential playoff push. once they upgrade their roster this offseason with more studs they will be a force.

I don’t call myself a Rams fan anymore simply because of the way we treated Goff. We humiliated and scapegoat him to deflect the blame for all of our other failures. And Rams barely have any fans that actually know football, so they sold it well. Goff ain’t Mahomes but scoring 3 in the superbowl is the Coach’s chokejob more so than anything else. Like, is that all the genius coach can come up with? The season after playoffs, we had a horrible O-Line and even with pins in his thumb Goff managed a win over seahawks and played alright against Packers where as our so called #1 defense crashed and burned against Davante Adams (Jalen Ramsey) and Packers. So, all the crybabies(Jalen Ramsey) in the Rams locker room blamed Goff and management needed a scapegoat. It didn’t help that the dude is non-confrontational and got quiet demeanor.

Easily one of the best games our Dline played and Easily one of the worst games our secondary has had. You know and as an offense we left alot out there. But we found a way to pull through and honestly that’s what winning teams do. Look at the chief and eagles today. They struggled all day but they pulled through and won. Really happy to see how the rest of the season plays out and hopefully we get to go to the playoffs!!
Yeah, this was bad secondary-wise, but the Seahawks loss was the absolute worst. Our offense was on fire, but the defense was atrocious.

I was not happy when Stafford went to LA but Goff has looked so good and is getting it done. He goes through his progressions as good as anyone.
