I said the exact same thing when Herbert made that celebratory first down! I said he pulled a “Rivers”, I was living for it 💙💛💙

First thing I thought of when I saw that from herbs and Keenan yelling at him to “do it!”😎

This was without a doubt my favorite moment of the game.

Philip was easily the best scrambling quarterback of all time 😂

Damn what a good season that was! Derwin james showed he was one of the best defensive players in football. Rivers didnt have any arm, but was so skilled he would float every pass, & compensated by throwin it very early and would lead the WR perfectly, still accurate af. Will never forget beating pittsburg & KC by huge comebacks and CLUTCH games from rivers. Especially that last KC drive…if it was anyone else who did that, evryone would still be talking about it. Melvin ingram and bosa were killers, we actually had linebackers for most of the season that werent horrible like tranquil, but after losing all our LBs to injury by the end of the season, we used all DBs against baltimore to shut down lamar WACKson! Just positioning derwin in the outside 9/shadow technique was enough to scare baltimore from even trying to run lamar. Melvin ingram had like 3 sacks, several TFLs, and forced fumble (maybe even 2 FFs but idk). It was melvin gordons absolute peak and his only truly elite year, as a top 3 back in nfl, and we discoverd the rookie austin eckeler too!! Antonio gates played his last season and made a couple clutch catches and tds. Jaheel addahe was opposite of derwin and he could TACKLE! Him and DJ shut down the run. Pouncey had a great year at center. Too bad it ended in a blowout loss vs NE. Gus bradley thought that doing nothing but staying in a super basic cover 3 with no adjustments, pressure or disguise would be too much for brady to handle i guess

I was able to see both of them done it live, I got super hyped when I saw Philip Rivers do it live .When I saw Justin Herbert do it live just reminded me of that moment.. love both of them
