First of all let’s be clear Ade Ogundeji has not been “great” at anything. He loses contain in the run game and that’s really all he’s asked to do. As an OLB either you can cover in space, rush the passer or be stout against the run. Ade Ogundeji currently does none of those things even at an average level.

You are correct. I’ve been saying it for 2 months. He has no business on a NFL football field. He’s terrible. And that’s with all due respect but he’s so bad when you compare him to AK and Malone. It’s night a day. He never makes plays. Ever

    Rico Starz

Should be worried about TJ Watt and Alex Highsmith 🤣🤣

    DougieHendo

All that, and even when he is in position he misses the tackle way more often than not. He’s been the most frustrating and disappointing player on the entire defense.

a couple of games have been stolen by the refs this year. Sucks. We could be sitting 7-5 at least. We should have ran it 2nd and 3rd, and throw on 4th down if that fails, but even then can RPO. Stick to the script !

Terrible play-calling from the 5 to win the game if you make the extra point. I’m pounding Huntley and Tyler off-guard at least 3 times with Mariota being a threat to tuck it and run it also. No l’m not a coach but that **** was horrible. Wish we had Shanahan….

BE MORE BALANCED ON OFFENSE

DEFENSE
STOP THE RUN
STOP LETTING WR GET OPEN

    Chris Hill

Why do you wanna throw the ball more? Statically speaking we’ve had more turn overs off passing than running. Also haven’t been as effective on offense throwing over running.

To have a better defense there has to be better talent. Having guys picked up from our practice squad on DL, having average LBs with rookie linebackers and 2nd string to practice squad secondary isn’t going to account for much. Gotta be happy with what we’ve got this year, posting this on every Falcons post for a wk wont make it so. Lol realistically one shouldnt get their hopes up or expect anything until the 2024-2025 season. Need cash flow which we haven’t had. Bunch of minimally paid players equal minimal talent with our record breaking 75 million in dead money this season.

Shane Dial

When on the 2 yard line, unless you have a precision passer, and you are making positive yards running the ball, run the dang ball. It was a moment of over-thinking, out coaching yourself.

Louis Curtis

Pickett is a rookie so the defense has to make him look like a rookie gotta stop the run and don’t let receivers get open corners be giving up to much cushion

    LosoScotti

No they won’t 😂 the falcons defense isn’t good enough.

InterWebGuy99

Falcons defense needs to be taught a crucial, fundamental skill: tackling. Nobody seems able or willing to do that.

Tigris Dunn

Start ridder, rotates shafer and Bernhardt

Albert Domingo

Falcons did not lose those games. We won those games, but lost it on the last minutes. They’re the best team in the NFL. I believe so & know so.
