My point is he’s a players coach who gets the most out of his players. Look what he’s getting out of this mediocre roster. Imagine what he could do with studs

There are coordinators that enjoy being the best at what they do. And what exactly does a head coach sound like Tim? Does it sound like Dan Campbell or Bill Belichick or maybe like Rex Ryan or Mike Mcdonald. Or maybe like Dennis Green or Bill Parcells. Good head coaches aren’t cookie cutter.

@Eric Roush I’m not positive, but I think if he’s elevated to assistant head coach he can’t be poached as easily. A podcast I was listening to was talking about different options that may be possible to retain him.

they have a deep WR crew that has a great chemistry already. we can’t expect a rookie out of football almost a year to be “the man”. Not a chance he leaves top 10 offense. All on rookie contracts, and one of the best draft pick collections, and a young qb who is growing into the franchise. The city loves him. Not going anywhere
