What Dave is saying is that the players have to conform to their uber complex system. They won’t fit a system to players. Athletic ability is not enough. You have to be smart enough to learn and execute these complex systems. If Dave would just get us an interior pass rush, that would improve the DL and secondary plus reduce the opposing QBR. Huge fail for Dave. Josh was micromanaging the offense and made bad play calls that lost us games we should have won. Dave isn’t trying to win now. The players are winning because they have pride.
