They have a chance but they won’t make the playoffs. Five teams would have to collapse and the chargers would have to win out. Chargers aren’t going undefeated for the rest of the games this season.
The Chargers loss to the 49ers doesn’t look as bad now considering the 49ers have easily won every game since then.

As a fins fan and one not extremely high on Tua, I commend chargers for having a good game plan and knocking miami off there routes etc , there whole team was consistent and Herbert hung in there like a champ , well played

You got fooled by that warm fuzzy backyard pitch and catch they been playing , and just as I figured when there timing gets knocked out of rhythm, the blitz comes and man coverage happens, that timing is gone .
They been exposed.
I am a fin fan but realistic to see they are not physical enough , Tua isn’t big enough to take a game over , he just cannot .
I blame the coaching for not making adjustments and lulling them into a false sense of security , plus our defense is atrocious, at one point last in the entire afc for points scored against .
Yes it is sad that everyone got on the happy train watching them play pitch and catch, but this is late season smash mouth football.

When all 8 People in pregame on NBC picked the favored Dolphins -3.5 to win, I felt a lot better about the Chargers chances.
Passing up on Herbert for Tua will go down as the single biggest blunder in Dolphins history.
I made the same pick in my office pool only because as talented as they are, the Chargers seem to come up short too often. Also they have a lot of injuries but alas they played well so good on them

GG BOTH TEAMS THE CHARGERS DID THEIR THANG CAME OUT AGAINST THE TOUGH DOLPHINS AND GOT THE WIN IT WAS A CLOSE GAME BUT THE CHARGERS NEEDED THE WIN MORE THEY WERE CLICKING AND PLAYING GREAT DEFENSE RECORDED A NICE COUPLE SACKS AND THE DOLPHINS PLAYED THEIR HEART OUT TO BUT IT WASNT ENOUGH HAD A COUPLE TURNOVERS WITCH COST THE TEAM ALL AROUND SMASH MOUTH GREAT GAME BOTH TEAMS
Both of the dolphin’s TDs were from pure luck plays, the fumble and the tripped DB. Chargers earned this win they actually looked complete. I hope we play this way for the rest of the season

It was good to see Keenan Allen and Mike Williams playing together again! Herbert really needed them to pull off the win. The offensive line is still inconsistent with their pass protection. Luckily they did enough to win the game. Also, all 8 of the analysts chose the Dolphins to win this game prior to the start of the game. Great win! Go Chargers!

Herbert is amazing, point blank period. after the loss to the Raiders last week, I thought our season was over. this game just might’ve saved our season, and if all of our guys continue to get healthy and stay healthy, I can see us winning the next 4 games and finishing the year 11-6 with a spot in the playoffs. the Herbert vs. Tua debate was never a discussion honestly. Herbert might’ve not had the best year so far, but with all of the adversity him and this team have faced all season – he is literally the reason this team is even still alive and breathing. put some respect on my boy’s name, he is worth all of the hype! his pocket presence and ability to throw on the move is incredible. he has been running for his life the past few games cause of the terrible o-line and is still putting his team in position to win. this win only makes me more pissed about last week’s loss lol. Kyle Van Noy and Kenneth Murray both had really good games, and our CBs in Vato + Asante shined. Most teams have had great success running at Van Noy, and the Dolphins were as well, but they went away from it.
Damn what a big time win for the LA Chargers , that was absolutely huge and they needed to get that game to keep their playoff hopes up alive 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
GG Chargers. Even tho they had so many injured players, they’re very determined to win. I hope they’ll reach to the playoffs. They really deserve it.
I’m a chargers fan and I’ll say this, no team deserves anything. You gotta earn everything in this league (this is true for almost all sports). With that being said, I’m so excited for these chargers to finally earn a playoff spot. We’re getting healthier at the right time. BOLT UP ⚡️
