I don’t see the Lions pulling it off this season, but I think they’re getting in shape to make a serious stab at it next season. They’ve improved each week with Dan Campbell at the helm. With a little more time to build up some chemistry and draft some extra pieces, they can become a team that will make serious playoff runs.

It’s definitely the Steelers when you look at the schedule but at the same time I’m gonna go with the Lions. If the Lions can upset the Vikings and Jets I could see them making it. They just got Jameson Williams back and I think he could definitely make an impact once he gets his feet wet. Also, the Lions are fun to watch I feel so bad for their fanbase tho cause they definitely deserve to have at the very least one Primetime game.

My Steelers have a relatively easy schedule to close out the season. By the end of this week, we could very well be 1.5 games behind the Jets.
@Appalachian Enthusiast Division games – of which the Steelers have three remaining, including two against the always-tough Baltimore Ravens – are NEVER easy.

What about the Cleveland Browns? I know they have the Bengals this week, but then they’ve got the Ravens, Saints, Commanders, and Steelers. That’s not an intimidating finish to the season.

Had too many losses within the AFC conference, will hurt if tie-breaking procedures are going to take in account. Loss all to AFC East teams is going to hurt Steeler chances especial when it comes to the head-to-head matchup tie-breaking rule.

2 games against Baltimore is huge. If they win those two they can sneak into the wildcard. Unlikely but possible.
As a Steelers fan, I would be disappointed if they finish under 8 wins
90 percent of making the playoffs at 10-7. Heck a 3 way tie at 10-7 with Cincinnati and Bmore gives the Steelers the division title

Lions or Packers are more solid bets than Raiders and Steelers imo. Middle of the NFC pack isn’t the same level as the AFC. Either AFC team could win out and not make the playoffs just because 7 teams already have 7+ wins.
