Who exactly thought it would make the game more entertaining to bring in 5 rich vaguely comedic white guys to do low budget stunts that you’d expect to see at a children’s charity event but without the charity as far as I can tell. You might as well have hired 5 random guys, told them to do the first 25 tictoc trends and then put it on nickelodeon and let it be the NFL Slimetime game. Then at least the target audience would line up.

Love Dude Perfect (even took kids to see them on tour this summer and did the meet and greet, etc,) but not so sure about this format for them.
A three hour football game is not a snappy hyper-edited YouTube video that requires keeping the viewers from clicking those oh-so-compelling thumbnails for other videos on the right side of the screen.
I picture something a bit lower key, think MST3k, with the guys cracking wise on play by play and color commentary, etc. But primarily off screen, with occasional cuts to them for things here and there…
