If I recall correctly I also think we were the only team with a vacant HC spot that gave him a chance and offered him an interview for a HC position. So far it seems like our big gamble has paid off…

@Dominick Ramirez He was being thankful. We all need prayer for God’s will to happen in our lives.
Hopefully we can keep this guy coaching our team for decades. We will win alot of games for years to come.

I just got this picture of Mike McDaniel’s daughter interning at the front office in the summer of 2040.
Coach Mcdaniels is going to be generational. Incredible vision on the field and with the roster. He clearly has the ability to understand other peoples perspective with humility. His dynamic offensive philosophy reduces negatives and exponentially increases the number of positive opportunities for players IN SPACE and gets the ball out of Tua’s hands (he needs add upper and lower body muscle in the off-season). Been a fan of Miami my whole life. This is the tightest I’ve seen the Owner, GM, HC, and QB. Ever. By far. Hopefully the salary cap doesn’t break up the core of this team…A draft or two focused on DB and both lines would really set the organization up for long-term success. Another Ingold type would add far more value than it would cost. Those downfield blocks are explosive YAC creators. Rooting for you coach!

I watch Mike Mc’s interviews intently because he strikes me as a ‘philosopher/coach’.
