Benjamin with all do respect the defense lost this game twice, once when they allowed the raiders to march right down and kick the field goal. Then to allow them to march down and blow a coverage

Yeah, agree. Even with him still on the roster, there’s no way he should have been getting the number of touches he was, much less starting. Failure on both Paton, Hackett and Wheatley.

We have a great young team and another draft with 4 picks in the top 2 rounds; with plenty of cap space, because of the wilson trade. You guys have Russell Wilson and his contract, with rookie contracts coming due you can’t keep surtain, juedy, Sutton etc not all of them anyway. Benjamin…..Russ had 3 receivers open on that final 3rd and 10. I understand you saying “play the percentages….you’re not good enough to get 10 yards.” If that’s the case, then every offensive starter should be in the lineup on a week to week basis. Every starter should be in danger of getting benched at anytime no matter what the dollar amount on their contract.
I agree. I think you put someone like Brady in that situation and that pass is made. Next level QB’s make plays like that more often than not – like he did in Seattle.

If Wilson was a newer QB i think coach needed to remind – the fact Wilson is a seasoned Vet I don’t think that is something that needs to be said. Every hard core fan knew not to throw the ball away there.
