As a wavering Browns fan, I’ll answer: It’s because it’s time for a reckoning in Cleveland. Dan Campbell and Jeff Saturday have proven something really important this season: Players don’t give up for players.
Stefanski is a low energy joke of a HC surrounded by young folks that respond to energy and passion. He ain’t got it, so when the Browns expectedly lose, I look forward to these vids in hope that the brass at the top will make changes.
Browns don’t lose because of a talent gap. They lose because they have a coaching problem.
When have you ever seen Bill Belichick “showing energy”.

@Troll_Hunter lol. I think if the Browns win the Super Bowl Stefanski will show emotion. That being said, Stefanski is a relatively new coach and most of these losses are failures in execution, such as the 2 drop passes in the end zone. Fans ran Belichick out of town and he was sub 500 with more talent. Woods and AB have more of the blame. In my opinion anyway.

It’s “disappointing and frustrating” sometimes it’s “frustrating and disappointing” because the players put in the effort during the week. The ivy leaguers cannot bring themselves to say that their game plan stinks or their player picks stink, because….that’s impossible!

Moving on quickly from good head coaches is why we’ve sucked for so long. We have to give him a year with Watson. Fire Woods and sort out the defense.

Stefanski has so much 🔥. His presence and high energy on the side line is like no other. He is the definition of a high energy coach. Always has his team determined to win the first quarter only. Great Job coach…..

Your post’s sarcasm is spot on. How could we see any energy with his laminated play book in his face all the time.He’s not very good at calling plays and managing the game at the same time. He needs an offensive coordinator, if he’s still here next season
Before the season I realistically expected the defense to be minimum top 10 in the league. The defense is failing miserably and certainly the main reason our record is 3-7 now. Jacoby Brissett has overachieved and the offense has performed fairly well. Special teams has also been very disappointing. Decisive corrective action needs to be taken. Accountability for defense and special teams coaching is vital. The weekly Stefanski discourse of “we have to be better”, “the team battled”, “we have things we need to clean up” , etc. is getting extremely old.

Well here’s my philosophy on the browns game today they played very well they came out just like in Miami they scored first they continue to try to score it continued to try to move the ball down every player on that team put every effort that they had to win that game even the coaches did but you have a problem with your defense you have a problem giving up yards you have a problem tackling and you have a problem with the running backs running crazy on your defense now what I can’t understand is how can those defensive players that you have on your side of the team not control the the offensive line by tackling inside the gaps the alleys of where the runners going to run why are they getting pushed out so easily why are they getting manhandled so easily up front your front four who has the opportunity to fight with the front for of the offensive line is losing the battle they have to win that battle other than that it was a great game. would have been better in the snow would have loved to see the snow angels in the snowman and the snowballing and the shoveling of snow and not knowing where you were on the line and and just you know that the whole outcome of the snow game was taken away by Buffalo’s or the nfl. We should have had the game in Buffalo in the snow the odds would have been better for Cleveland if we played in the snow. But you know the NFL makes the decisions and that’s bull because everybody in Buffalo and everybody in Cleveland what a travel to that game and would have helped remove the snow. I even think the Cleveland area Ohio would have brought their snow plows to make the way all the way to Baltimore Buffalo I mean.. but you know those days are gone you’ll never see a game like that again if the NFL keeps getting involved with the game they could have delayed the game one day to clear the snow but they didn’t do that they knew the snow was coming they could have hired people to go into that stadium and clean the snow as it fell. That’s what you do in the NFL areas where we have no don’t stay there so we don’t want them stadiums we want to play in the environment that is given to us when we play football because that is the way put football is played. It really sucks that this game got moved to Detroit and the outcome was Cleveland lost.

One good thing that came from this game, is that Donovan Peoples-Jones has emerged as a legitimate #2 receiver. A lot of people had their doubts about his legitimacy, but against the highly ranked defense of the Bills, he showed what he could do. Jacoby Brissett outplayed Josh Allen and the Browns still lossed.
He has had a good season, really made some tough catches this year.
Imagine losing this much at your place of employment, and imagine giving these excuses to your boss every week. If you own your own business, imagine saying this to your employees/creditors when they dont get paid.

The crappy Defence complimented the usually bad Special Teams, which nicely complimented the awful offence.

It’s as simple as good well coached teams find ways to win games and bad ones find ways to lose games. I think it’s coaching more than anything but this defense is soooo disappointing this year. Offense puts up 20-30 almost every game and we still lose

Stefanski has lost all of his credibility. There were signs last year that he mismanaged the situation at QB and didn’t bench Mayfield when he was hurt and underperforming, and this is the 2nd yr in a row now where he’s a coach without any good answers for why the team continues to lose. It isn’t all his fault but right now Stefanski is absolutely the face of this team losing.

You could actually tape one of his press conferences and just replay it every week and I seriously don’t think anyone would know the difference!! What the saddest part of the whole situation is the fans in Cleveland deserves so much better, hard working blue collar people who just want a wining season just once!! This is just plain sad
