I’ve been waiting for a statement win like this where I didn’t have to hold my breathe for once and we proved we can be a dominant team on all sides!
The play & Td pass to Ingold & Sherfeild (and that perfect pass to waddle on 3rd & 10) shows how much the game is slowing down for to him & how comfortable he is in this system.
The patience & quick thinking to pump fake the lb’er to set up that td to ingold was a thing a beauty.
Then the perfect placement to Sherfield is the type of pass that puts Tua in that elite top 5 level of NFL qbs. At the half he was 14-16.
1 being a drop, 1 a throw away at the feet of Wilson Jr, cause he was about to get blown up & the other was a non p.i. call.
He’s not top 5, Tua is top 1
Great game DEFENSE!! Coming into the game I said I don’t fear any team being able to run all over our defense. Teams aren’t going to beat us running the ball they need a powerful passing attack to beat us.

@Bob Ross Only 2 on the list I fear is Kansas City and Buffalo but the good thing about Buffalo is you can almost always count on Allen to fumble or throw an interception.
Tua is growing on me. He’s showing it on the field and in his interviews. To me Tua is a top 5 qb right now. Just don’t want to see any games like the last 3 games last season to set him and us back.
Everything about this team and Tua is different. Flores held Tua back
One thing to remember about last year is he was not the main guy. He was kinda getting his feet wet learning how the NFL works and learning from the other QB’s he shared time with. This year he’s the man at the helm and that brings confidence and more responsibility. When we lost these 3 games this year he was out so we could possibly be unbeaten if not for his injury.
