I agree. It’s disappointing and extremely weird.
College is a “sport” while NFL is licensed as “sports entertainment”. Oh.. you did know the NFL plans on bringing in $270 million this year and expected to reach $2.3 billion soon from legalized gambling? People keep betting if games are close, so games have to be close. Point spreads are financially more important than wins. At some point the government has to regulate this as the NFL is doing nothing but counting the money.

Mahomes is honestly the my favorite quarterback. He is just so good with his spirals and his perfect passes. He even set a NFL history record. Couldn’t watch it but it went well!
He’s re-defining the position. He does things QBs are coached NOT to do. Feet wrong. Angle wrong. Ball goes right where he wants it to. Coaches want a good pitcher they can wind up and make all the throws with perfect form. Patrick plays QB like a short-stop. There’s no time to wind up if you just dove for a ball in the alley. Not if you want to beat the baserunner to 1st.
