I still don’t think Gannon did anything last year to prove he was head coaching material. There was nothing Gannon did to leapfrog Eric Bienemy in that regard. All we heard last year was Gannon interviewing for this job and that job. I was praying to the football gods. “Please let him get a head coaching job. Get him out of Philly”. Last night, open WR killed the Eagles. Play after play after play. Thats coaching at fault. No adjustment at all. We can talk about the bad play calls. But thats not what lost the game. Not answering the bell lost the Eagles that game. Thats Gannon’s lost.

@iAutoGreen a quick Google search could of helped you look like you knew what you were taking about. We have the 11 ranked strength of schedule out of 32 teams, so that puts us in the top 1/3. While 2 of the teams above us are in our division. NFC east is the best division in football right now. We play the 7-2 giants twice, 6-3 cowboys again, and the 6-3 titans down the stretch. Also btw, the Commanders at 5-5 would be in second place in nearly every division in the league and tied for first in NFC south. They just suck because they are in the toughest division this year.
To be clear, I’m going off of current strength schedule. Original SOS data is trash because it means nothing as the season progresses. the cowboys were supposed to have the easiest schedule but now have the 6th hardest. Where as the rams had the toughest to begin with and now they are ranked 21, which means they have the 12 easiest schedule now.

Hurts is the only one that had a good game to me. I want the ball in his hands whe. The game is on the line. He did his job with everything that went bad. O line, LBs, D line, coaches on both sides were atrocious. Refs didn’t help either. 2 calls right in front of there face and they threw flags. I’m telling these refs are getting paid on the side but know one believes it. This is a crooked world people stop thinking these things don’t happen. But the Eagles are to blame for this loss not the refs. It was like I was watching a totally different Eagles team. The play calling was so horrible it had me thinking well are they trying to lose this game on purpose to see how they’ll respond. I know one thing every team from here on out will run the ball 40 to 50 times a game because they can’t stop the run. Jordan Davis injury really hurts them but it shows how good that guy is. Gannon better get it together or this will turn out to be a bad season.

Honestly I’m glad all the silly undefeated talk is over with, when you hear how good you are 24/7 you let off the gas ⛽️, this was a wake up call.

Jalen made plays to bring us back…Watkins and Dallas fumbled though. It was good to see our QB do his thing….guys just gotta make those plays.
He also missed plays that stopped drives. But overall he played well!
Jalen almost brought us back too smh those fumbles really killed us. Ofcourse the team that leads the league in turnover margin loses their first game because of turnovers
