By far the worst coaching staff in the league. We have 53 players on the roster but no team chemistry. Bisachia might not have been some supposed genious, but he knew how to lead and players felt like they had a responsibility to perform for him. Seasons over already, hope for change but my gut tells me mark is a little weasel.

Fire McDumbass already he lost the locker room weeks ago. Their trying to fit our players to their system & not fitting the system to our players. Players know this & they also know there will be more cuts end of the season. This is why players are not buying in to this coaching staff. Both on offense &defense!

I agree that this team has no identity and they look out of sync in too many critical moments and I feel like it comes back to McDaniels “adjust and adapt” philosophy. I don’t think these players have been with him enough to grasp that well enough and aren’t playing freely because of it. I’d suspect there’s too much overthinking going on with the players on the field.

Thanks for keeping it real guys and being critical. This is what the team needs right now. One thing is pretty clear, Gus Bradley is a good football coach. I think we already knew that. I agree, we’re more than a few pieces away. I also agree that drafting for a quarterback is a real gamble too. We need more defensive talent just about everywhere but we start with the line.

It was worse last year a person died but Carr didn’t cry. It must be really bad in that locker room and remember earlier in the year he was talking about all the high quality leaders the team has now. What happened?

How do you have so many guys who are proven to be playmakers, and not be able to string together enough drives to win a game? Against a guy who literally never coached outside of high school. Carr was a clutch machine last year, with no coach, and no number one WR. The two biggest differences since last year? Carr has DA now, and McDaniels is HC. If that isn’t an obvious picture of what’s really wrong, and the real problems, then idk what football even is anymore. What’s hilarious, is DA is still having a pretty damn good season. so if Derek and DA aren’t the problem… Mark Davis needs to explain himself pronto.

5th ranked defense of gus Bradley who adjusted to play against a QB he knows well. Meanwhile Grahams defense got beaten by a high-school coach. Our 27th ranked, near last in turnovers, red zone stops, red zone tds given up, pass yards per game, points given up per game is why we are 2-7

We have the sorriest LBs in the game. Watch the damn games, every team destroys us in the middle! Between the lb and S is why we lose!!!! On top of the fact our Offense is trash without Waller and Renfrow! And tbh I feel we should trade Renfrow once he’s healthy atleast for a 3.

You guys are dancing around it. We all know that it’s the head coach. Whenever a good team shows up like this and can’t get it together it’s always the HC. McDaniels is a born coordinator, not a leader of men.

John Madden would tell us the problem is in the trenches. That’s where the game is won. It’s easy to focus on the talent players but it’s the big guys on both lines that dictate the game.

Hey brothas this is what I know last year 10-7 we had our coach go down for a scandal had a intern coach, a player kill someone and lost him another teammate gangbanging on social media cut him a bunch of injuries and still made it to the playoffs. Now we’re 2-7. We should have kept bisachia

This entire season comes down to 1 issue. Coaching, period! You feel it and see it just by watching every game. Patrick needs to go, the defense is in shambles not because we dont have the talent but because the coaches DO NOT put players in the right spots with play calls to match their talent. They CAN NOT play free and loose. They cant read the field and play to there strengths. Also we had an outstanding offensive line last 2 seasons and what did the coaches do, trade them all away. So now we got happy feet Carr trying to make things happen with his feet cause the pocket colapses 1.3 secs after snap when thats not his playstyle.. ive been alive 42 years been a raiders fan for 39 of them and im just tired of everyone blaming the players, when the real problem is coaching. This season is over and if i was a player on this team i would have a player meeting and say fk the coaches we are gonna do what we know and thats play football.
