The ravens literally should be undefeated…all 3 losses are from games where they mucked up the 4th qtr….if they clean up those mistakes they’re going to be a tough out for any team.

If… Little mistakes here & there are sometimes the difference between winning & losing. In the playoffs it can come down to who makes the least amount of mistakes (turnovers,penalties).

Ranking teams during the regular season is pointless. It’s just a way to fill time on a show. Any team that makes the playoffs can win the Super Bowl. At the moment I’d still pick Buffalo over any team in the AFC.

The Raven main concern is staying healtht to last the season.
They beat the jets, they blew double digit lead vs bills and dolphins, the ravens will be fine trust me

Lamar has shown he can still get it done without top receivers, though it would still sure help. Defence has looked a lot better since the rocky start they had. So they just have to make sure they can stay healthy till playoff time

This defense is going to scare everyone. For the last few years, the Ravens were known for having one of the best secondaries in football. Now they have one of the best Front 7’s in football. The Roquan Smith trade is the X factor to this team. Right now who needs JK and Gus when Kenyan Drake has been owning everyone like a boss. Although the criticism for not having an elite passing attack will come around, but hey we can win it all this way. We did it in 2000, and we’ll go for it this time. Also, why do people believe that you need to beat the Bills and Chiefs in a shootout? We have the D to shut both of them DOWN!
Ravens should of won the Bills game. They should be undefeated for real but our defense literally lost double-digit leads in the fourth qtr. in those 3 losses. Now they have the easiest schedule in the second half of the season.
the Ravens are about 6 boneheaded plays away from being 9-0, but if “ifs” and “buts” were candy and nuts, we’d all have a Merry Christmas. They can’t worry about what happened in the early weeks, they just need to beat the teams ahead of them. The Ravens will definitely make the playoffs and have the potential to make a lot of noise when they get there
I know but as a Ravens fan, I’m glad we had those setbacks. If we didn’t have to face the struggles I’m not sure we’d be at the point we’re at.

Afc east is what i thought the afc west would be.
When you can run the ball like they do, you can keep every game close… their time of possession is off the charts…
In my opinion, it comes down to 1) the Ravens staying healthy throughout the remainder of the season and subsequent playoff run, and 2) them being able to find a true number 1 receiver. 35 year old Jackson and a rookie tight end won’t do it on the big stage, as teams will continue to crowd the box and take away the run. With a healthy Mark Andrews, they can take down anyone in the AFC. Right now, KC is the team to beat with how complete they are. I love Buffalo, but their over-reliance on Josh Allen could cost them. They can’t win close games.

It’s a tired trope and definitely overused.
The Ravens aren’t built like 98% of other teams. The Ravens have never been built like other teams.
The Ravens have traditionally focused on quality depth along the offensive line and quality defense and strong running games.
When fans think of the Ravens, historically you think of DEFENSE first.
They have one of the best TE’s and Likely is emerging as a threat (Hybrid, too big for WR, not quite big enough for TE)
A plethora of good backs and they are solid enough at WR.
Folks WR is overvalued and it’s been rare if EVER that a WR was the player who put a team over the top and won a championship because of him.
Historically, only a handful of WR have ever had a monumental impact on a teams fortunes. For those that have, it’s generally short lived.
Quality depth, strong defense and the ability to run consistently are the KNOWN entities that have won more championships than high flying high scoring offenses. There are very few exceptions.
