Yep. Outside of Jacobs, Crosby, and a few line players, many of the guys starting now could be benched, and the team couldn’t play much worse. Even Chase Garbers can throw mis-timed passes, force passes into coverage, throws into the dirt at guys feet, etc. just as well as Carr does.

There isn’t much success with any of Bill’s coaches once they leave his tutoring. From Weiss, O’Brian, Patricia and McDaniels all fail or failed elsewhere!
That second half was the most embarrassing 30 minutes of coaching team energy or urgency a Raider team has put on the field in a long time . We as fans are Mad but HELLA disappointed in the SILVER AND BLACK today and this season with the overall low quality play from such high quality player! Yes RAIDER TILL I DIE with a patch over my eye but that wasted 3 hours and 12 minutes of time all of us Raider fans can’t get back .
And to think I live here in Jacksonville but in my lifelong greatest fan I was contemplating all night with my fiance should we go to the game should we not go to the game by 8:00 in the morning I said you know what I’m not going to waste $300 and something dollars on some really good 50 yard line tickets I said I’m not going to do it cuz I know what’s going to happen and I’m so glad I didn’t go cuz I probably would have got arrested

Defense went into prevent and allowed 10 quick points. Came out flat in second half.
Their blitzes are HORRIBLE. And when they get in they miss the QB.
Carr was MISERABLE in the second half. Horrible passes and missed open receivers.
As a “leader” you can’t do that.
This team went through HELL last year and rose up! You change everything and try to force players to the scheme instead of creating a scheme to fit the players.

I think of McDaniels as the anti-Tom Flores. The exact opposite of the great Raider coach who took what players he had, often outcasts from other teams, and turned them into champions from their strengths, as a team. JMD is trying to fit a round peg into a square hold. Trying to turn the Raiders into the McPatriots.
@Curtis N He relied a lot on his coordinators. He also wasn’t a personnel guy. Never the less, the team was highly motivated to play for him, and really put things out there. Rich had Raider spirit. Mike Maycock was a poor GM, but the last thing he told Mark Davis was to give Rich a real chance. Sadly, Davis thought he was getting something better in McDaniels. If nothing else, he should have first hired Dave Ziegler, and let Ziegler be part of that decision (presuming he believes in Dave) between Rich, Josh, and anyone else.
I question Mark Davis’s commitment to excellence. I hold him fully accountable for how bad the Raiders have been.
Come on, that clown never played, never coached, he has no clue. He was gifted the team. He fleeced the state of Nevada and that’s his big hurrah! Shiny new stadium that’s filled with opposing fans. @Ready for the World Actually the main problem why Raiders left Oakland was due to crooked politicians. Raiders left,GSW left and now As are about to leave. When you have more than 1 team leaving the same city something’s wrong beyond the owners control. I love Northern Cali (my original hometown) but as long as Oakland keeps Libby and the rest of the crooked Oakland Politicians nothings going to get done (besides paying their salary) in Oakland including having sports teams.

Once Lawrence made that QB draw run towards left into the RedZone when they were down 17-0: I just had that feeling of oh oh here we go again. The defense should have had a spy on that play. Easy first down.
And they know every week who the opposing threat is, and they still screw the pooch every single time. Graham isn’t the man, and that side of the ball needs at least 6 new players if they want an above average defense.
I think this year I’ll save myself some more heartache, by just not watching these games anymore. The way we lose is so ridiculous.
