All we had to do was not shank a punt, not take a penalty on a pick 6, and not miss a field goal also. There’s 3 more big mistakes! RELAX!

@mumbs nah this is not the same old jets. This defense is unreal. Zach was 3 throw aways from being the best qb yesterday. However he has to fox it!!!!!! Just throw it away. Dude that 2nd int what the hell was that. ? He did that a couple weeks ago. However it wasn’t picked. He’s tried to throw it away and it still got Intercepted. That’s unacceptable
@Jack White I’m glad you feel that way. I’m not saying how Zach played is ok but we still need to give him hope and not drag him down, it’s there and it’s close. The offense is close, Robinson needs to get up to speed and we need to figure out the oline again so we can be more balanced. If Breece and AVT didn’t go down it’s a different story yesterday, I know next man up but damn. Also Moore has to go it’s been a domino effect ever since he wet his pants. I still think that second INT was caught out of bounds, the knee was out, but whatever.
How can Zach be such a football junkie. Study film all the time even during his vacation he’s watching film and throwing the ball. But nothing ever Translate on the field
His college game was never going to translate in the NFL. All he has is arm talent.

I don’t think he was ever checked in. There’s a lot of stuff with him. I think the Jets are trying to conceal them.
He was a bad pick. This is not on Zack. It’s on the Jets for taking him.

This organization has a history of not properly developing QBs. Zach has talent, but it has to be harnessed, not free to operate unconstrained. The game moves upfield, not backwards. The mentality has to be coached
The problem isn’t the development. It’s evaluating talent. ‘Sideways’ Wilson shouldn’t have been drafted, especially at #2. Absolutely absurd pick.
Darnold shouldn’t have been drafted either. No one scrutinized his college film.
@Mark I didn’t like the Darnold pick either, but who should they have drafted? Josh Allen? He’d be out of the league by now if they drafted him. They would’ve made the same exact mistakes. The same applies to the the 2020 class.
Starting Zach week one as a rookie was a mistake, and that was clear from day one. I wouldn’t be upset if they sat him for the rest of the year and spent from now until next September coaching him, but throwing him away to draft the next QB they’re not going to develop properly would be a mistake.
Jets gave Zach everything to develop but they all got injured because jets ain’t allowed to have qbs

Confidence and attitude is everything with a QB. This guy has A TON of talent. How many guys make that 55 yard throw to Garrett Wilson on the run? Less than 5. He made some boneheaded plays. He believes in himself. He is 4-1 this year. Keep faith that he is the QB of the future. Last thing you want is to continue to be a revolving door of QBs as a franchise.
Wish all Jets fans could lift this kid up like you, he doesn’t need the negative from us, even with 3 interceptions a missed field goal, a shanked punt, and a bad penalty on a pick 6. That’s 10 points right there even with his mistakes and we still were an onsides kick away from having a chance. We easily could’ve blown them out with only having one or two mistakes as a TEAM. RELAX!

Out coach second half not prepared for Belicheat
Coming from a Jets fan, Wilson has some of the worst pocket presence and feel for the OLine I have ever witnessed on the football field. The moment he senses any pressure he bails and starts playing backyard football. That was his strength in college, to make something happen when the play breaks down, but in the NFL it’s been a massive negative for him. I hope he turns it around, but I fear the Jets are going to need another QB, a tale as old as time.
My husband loves this team so much he loves Zach Wilson he believes in Zach Wilson Zach Wilson will keep losing his team he’s our captain regardless what people say everybody makes mistakes he will definitely go back and watch tape and grow from it learn from it and get better Go Jets
