1 He s poor in the pocket which causes him to get sacked when he doesn’t have to
2. He s poor at reading defenses
3 He hates to run when he should
4 He can’t improvise on broken plays
5 He’s a run and shoot quarterback that does good on 3 step drops and pass and the no huddle offenses

2nd observation

The Coach is very suicidal with this playing calling. He kills his team with bad play calling and destroys the ability of his defense to defend. They are always put in bad field position and are on the field too much because of repeat 3s and outs . Sure the defense of coach has to learn to make adjustments on crossing routes and can improve with doing more man to man versus always being in zone coverage but the defense is manageable if the Head Coach stops committing suicide with his atrocious play calling.
