How are you? 15 lol, there are three better GM’s then him! And those three had bears in the NFL CHAMPIONSHIP three times and winning it twice!

@m rodriguez You know what you’re right and I’m 49 by the way I remember those 3 GM’swho had us in the playoffs the 1st years they took the job… I’m being sarcastic of course what the more simple minded may not understand is this is his 1st year and I said he does a great job communicating with his fans were other GM’swould hide in the back room somewhere This guy has done the most with the least not a bunch of draft picks not a bunch of money to spend on great players and this team has been competitive and every single game he doesn’t hide and run or make excuses he just gets down to business and I appreciate that

Intelligent and insightful comments from a GM who has not hid from scrutiny. Unlike the last guy. In fact Poles has probably talked to the press almost as much as Pace did his entire tenure and Poles has been in Chicago only about a year or so. That’s my GM
In Poles I trust a good man here he has a plan for long term successfulness. Building the team up the right way I trust his process. BEAR DOWN 💯

Yes he was drafted to the Bears and he has a hands on personal feel for what he does. Where a lot of GM’s never personally played the game he knows what it takes look what he help do in kc.

The hardest part of this season will be maintaining a patient attitude while the team develops into something the rest of the football world will respect. Today’s game will go a long way with helping that

Watching this after the game, I can appreciate Mr. Pole’s coming out to address the fans about their situation even more.

One key point that stood out is when he said “it’s about sustaining success for a long period of time, not short fixes” and that’s real. This team could get hot and finish this year really strong but ultimately our time is still coming. We want to be a threat all year long not just for half a season

Bears fans understand the predicament Poles and Flus were put in. We want to see ballers brought in next off-season. We want our Bears merchandise to mean something positive when we wear it!
