Coaching staff is so soft
Communication and consistency are very important. For ALL of the team/organization. However, while everyone needs to do better and work harder, part of me wishes that AR12 showed a bit more passion, or fire, while playing. I don’t see much of that this season. He’s clearly a great QB, no doubt about that.
Everybody has to do there job! Communication and consistency is must if you wanna win in this league. GO PACK GO 💚💛
Hopefully Allen can play. These injuries aren’t helping things. Half the team is out or banged up.

Well said. LaFleur is a true leader. He gets his point across without singing out players or groups. He’s aware that they are all in this together, and to improve they need to work harder and continue to communicate with each other.
