It’s not all Matt Ryan’s fault. The o-line is trash and receivers can’t get open. Benching him was the first mistake. The second mistake was not starting Foles in his place. Washington holds the Colts to single digits in a big win
As a Matt Ryan fan, he is to blame as well. But obviously not 100% on him but he was setup to fail. The league has passed him by bc you have some mobility as a QB nowadays bc the o-lines aren’t good anymore.
But when wentz faced the same issues and performed much better it was all his fault? I hate the media and colts franchise for making wentz seem like such a garbage QB, he’s nothing special, but a good amount of teams would love to have him over their QBs

@Vorhees Yes it is possible starting in 2020 with the NFL expanding the playoffs to three wildcards from each conference. Back when there were only three divisions in each conference (prior to 2002), there would be three division winners and three wild cards. There were four occasions when four teams from the same division made the playoffs, one division winner and all three wild card spots with the last time being 1998 where the Dolphins, Jets, Bills & Patriots from the AFC East made it however there was a fifth team in the division, the Colts that didn’t make it.

Got Washington winning this one, I mean if their offense gets going, it gets going, especially if they get that dotson receiver back. Their defense is alright, the only thing that is worrisome is their secondary, but they’re playing a backup with a mid receiving corps.
