This game to me proved this is why we don’t need obj. I mean if we get him great, but if we’re giving kelce all his money up front we need a defensive guy. Preferably at CB or DT. Our offense can score 50 if need be but they shouldn’t have to. Right now the defense has had a bend but don’t break type of play. A lockdown defender could take this team from SB contender to SB winner.
@Scottie B sky moore a bust. total bust. that first interception he rounded his route off to avoid getting hit, and i said to the person i was with, he is not getting another target this game–and he didn’t. If you look at his college highlights he rarely gets separation–if you aren’t getting like 5 yards of separation consistently in college, zero chance you are ever open in the nfl. He’s a bust. And OBJ has had like 4 knee surgeries and isn’t that young anymore. We have Justyn Ross on IR and he will probably be our #1 next year.

What defensive player is on the market that you would suggest?
@Introducing Mr. Lucci That’s the problem. Not many guys out there, which is why I wouldn’t be surprised if they in fact are trying to get obj. Robert Quinn in Chicago could be an option or CB Jones from Seattle.
@The drop bury guy But having to score 50 just to win every game puts more pressure on Mahomes. Hence why he’s forced some throws last couple of games. But right now there’s not much on the market so I would be surprised if they go with a wr. Moore has shown moments of being very useful for the time being. Definitely think he is not good for punt returns for whatever reason. But at the snap he hasn’t been bad.

Glad to see Juju emerging for the Chiefs. Kinda want them to extend him now, before he gets more expensive. Also, glad to see Hardman getting some action. Feels like I’m one of the only Chiefs fans who still defend him nowadays. Been in his corner every season. I know he’ll never be a star, but he’s still a good player to have on the team. Hope he’s kept around after this season.
Mvs has also been amazing 3rd options he’s on pace for 850 yards this year. Great deep threat
@Zion true. With the 3 of them looking good, I see no rush in getting Moore out there. Yeah, I’d like to see him get some snaps, at least be the 4th WR, but it’s not needed. Especially since Mahomes is really staring to click with Juju and MVS. Don’t wanna disrupt that.

How in the world do they credit Mahomes with that as a passing TD on the first TD the Chiefs scored here? This completely skews his stats & he gets tons of rushing TD’s misleadingly credited to him this way..
