The fact is if we had Deshaun the record would be flipped. I’m not blaming Jacoby and I’m not saying Kevin and Joe Woods and DEFINITELY Priefer are blameless because they aren’t. The fact is that teams like Buffalo and KC make mistakes too but an ELITE QB is like an eraser, they make up for the teams other shortcomings. That’s just how the league is.

    A fact is something real or known. We can’t say having Deshaun would result in having the record flipped. It’s more of an assumption based on previous facts. Definitely understand what you’re saying. Currently, the team is bleeding out. What that means is there’s a massive wound that needs repaired immediately or the team will die. This wound is the result of many things. Right now, Deshaun would be a band aid. The team needs the wound repaired & reconstructive surgery. Also, if the wound is the result of repetitive behavior that behavior needs to stop. Yes, Deshaun will be a much needed band aid but I don’t think he’ll be enough. There’s more that needs fixed. Went medical but it’s the best description I could think of ;). It’s going to be interesting. I’m curious if the plays Stefanski is using with Brissett, are the same plays he will use with Watson.

Nick Chubb, 91 yards in only 16 carries. Imagine if he had 22-25 carries like you’d expect a starting superstar RB would have. Horrible calls by the refs or not, you never leave it in the hands of the officials. If you give the ball to Chubb more you reduce the chances of those strip sacks. Stop putting Brissett in these positions.

I’m confused. What’s the team’s identity? Is he saying being “smart, tough, accountable & resilient is the team’s identity? Not currently seeing those positive attributes. Could list the negative but we all know what those are. Is this identity like a Browns “Mission Statement”? If so, mission is not complete. Heard “risk, reward & margins”. A lot of analytic lingo. No, frustrating isn’t the correct word. Frustrated beyond belief would be a better fit. Started watching football again this year as a brief distraction from everything going on in the world. Every game, watching like my toes are hanging over the edge of a cliff getting ready to fall off. It’s not been good.

    I miss having a legit punt/kick returner on special teams…miss guys like Eric Metcalf, Josh Cribbs and even Travis Benjamin. Those returns always give a big boost to the offense and defense man haven’t had a guy back there in awhile that can do that.

You Browns fans kill me. We have two backs. He uses them efficiently. Hunt is. It carrying hes weight like he did last year. Nick is the best thing we have going while using a backup QB. Stefanski Joe Woods and the rest of the coaching staff are doing a good job considering the odds that are against the Browns week end week out. We not going to always beat the crap out of a team, unrealistic. Browns should be undefeated. Why the refs have NEVER like the Browns and if you don’t think those Refs aren’t beating the spread your wrong… We have great coaches great running backs. Refs aren’t and haven’t ever called the game fair.

Coach there is no fan base that feels like we do right now. I know you’re not used to this but we are and it never hurts less any year.
