How could have trust in them when Poles came into a bad situation. He needs a year to get out of it. There wasn’t all star players available as well. And the draft picks he had was the result of Pace. He took the smart and honestly only route. Play this year out and start next year to really build this team with a full draft pick order and a lot of money available. This year that wasn’t the case.

The fact of the matter is Fields missed some reads so protection and weapons mean nothing if Fields continues to throw to covered people when there are other people open (I.e 3rd and 4 wide open pettis across the middle he throws a 40 yard pass to a covered Mooney) and we all saw the missed TD to Griffin. I have watched every game and he is getting better moving the ball at will. The whole team is getting better. We can’t expect perfection as fans though we could easily be 4-2 hell even 5-1 but it comes down to execution like Flus has been saying since OTA’s and the Bears are just not executing at the highest level but Flus said last night we are on the brink of getting over the hump just keep believing in the process and we will get there and I believe that whole heartedly. Flus could be the next Bill Belichick if he turns this franchise around and continues to get better as a coach. I’m sold on the progress I have seen. What he is asking from this team is hard and they probably have never been coached like this or worked on the techniques this coaching staff is having them work on and it’s hard to take that and apply it in the game but I definitely see progress in playing the type of winning football the Patriots play little to no penalties little to no turnovers convert on third down. Now we just need to execute in the red zone and take the ball away more by getting pressure and sacks. I can go on and on I should be a freaking analyst or a coach. Bear down we on the cusp of being a winning team.
Finally someone that has faith. We’re such a young time and we constantly show flashes of greatness. Just need to put it all together. Consistency is the hardest skill to develop in a player and we need 11 consistent players. It will come with time.
