On this edition of "Broncos A to Z," Alexis Perry and Zac Stevens are joined by KOA's Benjamin Allbright to discuss Denver's growing list of players on injured reserve and which Broncos will need to step up in the weeks to come. They also share their initial reactions to the Chargers' Week 5 win over the Browns and what they believe the Broncos need to do in order to get their first divisional win of the season.

How much leeway are we going to give Wilson and Hackett? Let Russ be Russ and turn the keys over to him like they did with Peyton. What am I missing?? So far, not to impressed with Hackett. Rhule is gone, and the seat of Hackett should be getting warmer. Current owners didn’t hire him, nor pay 4.6 billion for a losing team. New motto should be, LET’S WIN SOME GAMES!!!!

    @Jeffrey Rusch jr So far, very true. That is the coaches name Nathaniel Can’t Hackett.

    Watch the coaches film. You do not want Russ having any keys. Hackett may suck as a game manager, but the plays that were called had guys open for big plays and lots of points. Russ on the other hand was reversing his reads to lock in on one reciever, late to throw missing windows, and inaccurate. Unfortunately Outside of the inaccuracies, these are characteristics that have been a part of his play throughout his career. If Russ is cooking his own recipes, the kitchen will be a mess, and there will be lots of burnt food, with no dessert.

I was excited for this season w all the changes, but 5 games in I’m already disappointed. Even before the major injuries, my concerns r w Hackett not having a good game plan, and Russ has just been BAD. Think that extension was not good idea, and now key injuries will end this season at the bottom 2

Stop making excuses for terrible coaching (worst coaching I’ve ever seen) and an overpriced quarterback who’s not delivering. The defense is killing it, but unfortunately the offense is a nightmare. Can’t wait to see Shannon Sharpe give them a piece of his mind. It’s sad to watch this train wreck.

Before the season all the talk was about this new outside zone scheme. I have not seen that running attack which was suppose to lead to big plays in the passing attack. We still have 2 good backs, even though one puts the ball on the ground, we need to show case the run game, especially if Russ is not healed.

Peyton had a noodle arm and was effective because you read defenses pre-snap knewers best two and three options were if number one wasn’t there they made quick decisions but not that great of running game a could run game
