    I hate how people praise our defense on Woods but a toddler could coach us and we would do better. We have big talent here and are wasting it. The defense is terribly coached, so predictable, we do the same thing every game. We let them back in the game and win every game. Woods needs to go bro

    I’m DONE with Woods. There’s a reason he lost his last job. Dude has PLENTY of talent, but doesn’t know how to motivate them, prepare them, and scheme for them. If he isn’t gone by the end of the year, I’m done.

There is systemic problem here and it’s Stefanski. I like him and think he’s a good coach but game prep to me looks pretty average. He needs to either stop doing the offensive play calling and concentrate on TEAM prep including defense or let Woods go and get someone in who can utilize the players they have. Harlem sacrificed draft picks for a fella who isn’t going to play until December and I’m not sure the defense can hack the teams coming up. I don’t blame Jacoby for this loss it’s the defense right now. I don’t think Deshaun is gonna save the season either. It’ll take time to work the rust off: maybe a season. We mortgaged the future probably to not win the division even. I’m so tired of this. I’m 63 and I doubt I’ll ever see the Browns win the division even.

Start putting blame on Stefanski! On 4th and short, QB sneak has worked ALL YEAR. Today he hands off instead of sneaking like he should have. Then we have 1st down at the end, just need some yards to shorten the FG attempt. Instead of a couple short passes to Njoku or a RB screen to gain some yards for York, Stefanski runs on 1st down into a stacked box for a loss of 2, then calls a deep pass that goes incomplete. So now 3rd and long and incomplete again. So in 3 plays we lose 2 yards and make it an even harder FG attempt for York.

Stefanski is absolute trash. Wake up! Get this clown out of here WITH Joe Woods attached to his hip.

    Yea I believe Stefanski is just cut out to be a decent/solid offensive coordinator. He’s too passive. I want to see a little emotion, get a little mad. I wish we could get Greg Willams back as our defensive coordinator. Maybe even coach. Hell he was gettin in players asses in locker room.

Stefanski’s play calling in the last series is comedic gold. He could’ve ran the ball with Chubb to get a closer field goal attempt, but opted to pass. This clown is wasting the prime years of Chubb, Garrett, Njoku, Ward, etc. with his horrible play calling and time management.

this now highly combustible situation occurs when, organizationally, you allow the BS (see: defensive leadership) to fester. the panic and lack of performance in high pressure moments is contagious. someone has to be the adult in the room and relieve Joe Woods of his duties. it’s just not working out and it’s costing us player morale. moving on/sending a message now is the only way to stop the hemorrhaging.

It’s getting pretty bad when we lose the same way every week, some boneheaded decision to do something stupid & not finish the game. Every week it’s like we play the game without thinking. Without clock management in mind, now with a maybe or not kicker. We have no defense at all. The Pat’s has a brilliant coach who does not make these constant bad decisions.

There were several run plays by The Chargers in this game where our defense wasn’t even in the frame. I don’t remember ever seeing such gaping holes on a football field.
