The truth is we are 4 games into his second year and he took over a team that had 0 talent left and terrible contracts with no money to spend. I love MCDC, love the direction this team is going. Dan Campbell’s Detroit Lions are doing things right. The wins will be coming.
Jared Goff is highly underrated in a majority of subjective quarterback rankings. I haven’t seen him ranked anywhere near the top of any quarterback ranking, but I believe he is playing at an elite level with the 2022 Detroit Lions. So they want to rule out and write off the Detroit Lions. Detroit Lions aren’t done.
Through week 4: Detroit Lions offensive unit led by Jared Goff:
– are the BEST scoring offense in the league. Fact.
– leads the league in total touchdowns. Behind the Detroit Lions in total touchdowns are the Kansas City Chiefs led by Patrick Mahomes. Fact. Jamaal Williams is the rushing touchdowns leader in the league. Fact.
– Jared Goff is the passing touchdowns leader in the league in good company with Patrick Mahomes and Lamar Jackson. Fact.
– are 2nd in scoring 2-point conversions in the league. Fact.
Things that the Detroit Lions can build on:
– Detroit Lions defensive unit are the WORST scoring defense in the league. Fact. No sugar coating it. I know that Aaron Glenn and the Detroit Lions defensive unit coaches with the defensive players will put in the work. They know that they can shut out opposing offenses. They did it for two quarters per game in weeks 1, 2, and 3.
– Detroit Lions are the 16th ranked team in point-differential. Fact. They aren’t at the very bottom of the league, but they’re also not in the top half of the league in point-differential. They have to be able to shut down opposing teams. Period. Shut down opposing teams on the offensive side, defensive side, and special teams side of the ball.
Let’s do this Detroit Lions! The wins will be coming.

@No One I have given Ben Johnson credit. When I mentioned Dan Campbell… he is the one who assembled the current Detroit Lions coaching staff. And with that said.. I will say the Detroit Lions has one of the better up and coming coaching staffs in the league today.

Our offence was awful in the start of last year. Lions did the right thing and put a young, smart guy in at OC. Been trending up ever since. Same players, totally different result.

I have to say when I found out the lions set an NFL record for most points scored in a season over a 4 game stretch AND most points allowed in that same stretch…I have to laugh…
I love Dan Campbell and I understand how much work all these athletes put in but when us fans haven’t seen a playoff win in our entire lives it’s kind of hard for us to hear you say “nobody wants it more than us”…. Oh trust me these fans want more than you
I have to disagree. Although I feel your pain as a 35 year Lions fan, these players are giving all for their families, careers, health, image and so on.
The fact is that as fans we are just giving up another Sunday. If the Lions lose, nothing happens in my life except me being in a frustrated mood.
I feel like this team wants to win more than our fans because they need us to keep us. Again, I feel the pain, let’s just give them a shot.
