Keys to this game for Cincy is protecting Burrow which they have have done the last 2 weeks mainly because the Jets and Dolphins do not have elite pass rushers and neither does the Ravens and not turning the ball over. If Cincy can achieve these goals then they will win the game. I assume they will play Jackson like they did in the first game last year which means hold him in check my using multiple spies and force Jackson to stay in the pocket and make panic throws because of relentless pass rushing from Hendrickson and Hubbard and B.J. Hill up the middle that turn into interceptions or sacks like last year and let Burrow throw for 400 plus for a 3rd straight game against the Ravens lol. (535 in the 2nd game last year wow)

I mean don’t get me wrong the Ravens can be dangerous because of the human highlight reel Lamar Jackson and their defense does get turnovers which can always be a problem no matter what team you play because turning over the ball in the NFL is never good but no way anybody can try and argue that their overall defense is good, they have been at the bottom of the league for a couple of years now and dead last in pass defense and teams have been lighting them up left and right. The Bengals more than any other team, I mean over 1200 yards of offense and 82 points we put on the Ravens last year in the two games lol. Fact is Lamar is legit but their defense is atrocious period.
@The Great One outside of Lamar and Andrews they don’t even have an offense lol. Receivers are mid at best plus our defense is good at stopping run and the pass. Bengals have the advantage matchups wise playing to their strengths and weaknesses, plus they have the advantage of just being more talented in general. Ain’t no way these clowns actually think they gonna win
@Your mother I 100% agree, the matchups here point heavily in favor of the Bengals on both sides of the Ball and we have proven to play mobile QB’s well including Jackson last year. And as far as our receivers against their secondary, hands down the biggest mismatch in the entire NFL this week. Anybody who plays fantasy football or competes on draft kings or fan dual should be playing every player on the Bengals offense lol. I stay humble because it is the NFL and the Ravens could win because they are professionals and at home on a Sunday Night in a must win really, but that’s unlikely given just like you said just horrible matchups for the Ravens and far superior Bengals team in terms of overall talent all across the board. Heck I’m even taking Burrow over Jackson. And our kicker is trending towards Justin Tucker status. Not one freaking position other than tight end are the Ravens clearly better at than the Bengals. We got better defense including pass rush, better running backs, receivers, QB (which might be debatable in a lot of peoples eyes) and our players are not fighting with coaches on the sideline after poor coaching decisions and poor play by the secondary. The Ravens are all bent on these analytics lol which is what their coach used as an excuse as to the reason he chose not to kick a field goal late to take the lead. Well my analytics say your coaching decisions and your pass defense absolutely suck.
@The Great One easily the biggest mismatch of the week lmao. After this whole offseason of the Ravens secondary being overhyped too. Kyle Hamiltons garbage, got cooked by a white boy and he’s slow. Dax Hill way better. Peters is starting drama with coaches and Humphrey got toasted by a nobody last year CJ Uzomah, a literal nobody

This is definitely a must watch. There is just something different about this Bengals team when they play big games. Lose to teams they should beat but sure are battle tested when it counts. I don’t know should be a good one

As it seems this year, the Ravens will start off strong be leading for most of the game then somehow blow it. I’m a Raven’s fan and Lamar has been playing MVP level bar a couple of mistakes so I hope they can maintain a lead but the Bengals are no walk over team like they used to be. It’ll be a good game.

@James Haynes He was 20/29 for 144 yards a shovel pass TD which is honestly a handoff and 2 INTs. That miracle scramble catch hit a Bills defender in the hands and should have been a 3rd INT. If that’s your definition of MVP level QB play I want some of what you’re smoking.

I saw a stat that said we have only been trailing for 14 seconds the entire season. Out of 240 minutes we have only been losing 14 seconds. And we are 2-2 if that doesn’t say bad coaching I dont know what does.

The Bills offense is not their biggest strength and they’ve been a very wounded animal. The Dolphins really exposed the weaknesses of the Ravens. The Bengals defense is ready, the Ravens defense is not.

@Kevin Evans well they did, coverage was good, they dropped balls, just like the ravens, but a bunch of passes were defended well. Watch the game instead of talking BS. The first int was not a drop. Marlon jumped it, they forced hella incompletions, and refs bailed Allen out by flipping on a phantom roughing call. I watched the game every snap, sounds like you didn’t. So no way in hell I’m taking your word for it. Only thing ravens struggled with that game was the quick screens Bills ran.

@midwest hook yes but I’ve seen Ravens fans brag about holding Allen to 200 yards lol. They’re dead last in the league for passing yards allowed even with holding Allen to 200. They had the worst pass defense last year too. Bengals gonna dominate this game with the best damn WR trio in the league, watch
@midwest hook Exactly, and it effected both teams…that’s my point. I think conditions like that are a pretty major factor in regards to overall play and it’s a bit misleading to not mention it while bashing them for having lower stats, that’s all I meant. Take any QB and put him in sideways rain and see how that effects his stats. Josh and Lamar had 140+ combined rushing yards and under 360 combined pass yards 😂. The Bills weren’t even able to get back in the game until Allen said f it and started running like a maniac. Bills receivers dropped 7 passes. A BAL receiver dropped a crucial pass on 3rd down that hit him in the hands. It just makes it much harder. Neither team was able to play up to their potential imo, and it sucked cuz I was really looking forward to this game all off-season lol.

We know both of these teams are coming in with game plans. The difference is that the bengals are coming in on a high, and the ravens on a low. As a bengals fan I’m really excited for the matchup and would like to see that cincy can be as successful as last year
