How many times has he been hurt so far?!? Hell, Manning won us a superbowl and he still was forced out. I wouldn’t want to keep a player injured alot young. That’s just smart football.
@Robert Dice he played most of last season. Even set forced fumble and interception records for a LB. He has only missed the first 3 games of this season because he was still recovering from offseason surgery. He only left today’s game due to a concussion he got when LB Franklin ran into him accidentally. He’s not hurt, just in conclusion protocol.
This isn’t even remotely close to Peyton’s situation. With Peyton we had no idea if he would even be able to play football again after his kneck injuries. Besides Peyton was well past his prime when we cut him. Only had about 2 years left before injuries started happening and we had luck on the horizon. Leonard is still in his prime and will be back when we play the jags in two weeks at home. (Assuming he is still in protocol on thursday) so just chill.

This team has most definitely NOT shown the ability to bounce back after tough loses. They are all but out of the division race. The Broncos don’t matter. Week 6 Jax, and Week 7 @Tennessee are both must wins, and even then there may be too many squandered opportunities already.
